Im Pit Master Bo, and I have to give you credit,you turned out a great product that looks good.You say you don’t like Mesquite,Why? I took me about 2 years to get the hang of mesquite and other woods.Have you power cooked over direct heat?,that took me a while like a year to perfect.Like the way you experiminted with the chicken on the rub and brine. Those barrel grills are nice thats what i use at my place I have about 20 in different styles and they work great. Man good job.
